Once the information has been entered, documents appropriate to the job's status can be sent to the customer. These documents are created as PDF's with a single click, and using your own email application, a new message is created, addressed to the intended recipient, and the PDF is attached. All you have to do is click Send. The branding is all yours, including the ability to select sister company graphics. Here are just a few of the many options:
